What is a “macho bar”?

A macho bar (also called a muscle bar) is a bar where the staff — the “cast” — are trained bodybuilders and fitness athletes. You enjoy drinks, conversation and fun muscle performances in a lively, friendly atmosphere.

Kinniku Sakaba Lemon runs on a simple 30-minute all-you-can-drink system, so you can drop in for a short visit or stay as long as you like. Everyone pays the same price.

Hours: Friday & Saturday nights, 1:00 – 5:00 AM “Friday night” means the early hours of Saturday (1–5 AM), and “Saturday night” means the early hours of Sunday (1–5 AM). Not open in the daytime.

How to enjoy your visit

STEP 1

Message us or just walk in

A short Instagram DM like “Tonight, 2 people, around 9 PM?” is enough. Walk-ins are welcome too.
STEP 2

Start with 30 minutes

All-you-can-drink for 30 minutes. At 1st, time extends automatically in 30-minute blocks (¥1,500 (¥1,650 incl. tax) each).
STEP 3

Enjoy the performances (1st)

Muscle “injections”, abs on display, the famous princess carry… Anything involving touching is only for guests who ask for it.

Smoking is allowed inside, so by Japanese law guests must be 20 or older.

Both bars are in Hiroshima's main nightlife district (Nagarekawa / Yakenbori), about a 10–15 minute walk from Hatchobori. The two bars are a few minutes' walk from each other. Showing the Japanese address above to a taxi driver works well.

Q. Can I come alone?: A. Yes. Many guests come alone. The cast will chat with you at the counter.
Q. Is it OK for women only?: A. Yes. Women on their own and women-only groups are very welcome. Prices are the same for everyone.
Q. Do I have to join the performances?: A. No. Performances that involve touching (such as the “princess carry”) are only for guests who want them. Watching is perfectly fine.
Q. Is there a service charge or any hidden fee?: A. No service charge. You pay the 30-minute all-you-can-drink fee, the cover charge (1st only), 10% consumption tax, and only the drinks you choose to order for the cast.
Q. Do I need a reservation?: A. Walk-ins are welcome. Weekends can be busy, so a quick Instagram DM in advance is recommended.
Q. Is there a dress code?: A. No. Come as you are.
Q. Do the staff speak English?: A. Only a little. Simple words, gestures and translation apps work fine — the performances need no translation.
Q. Can I pay by card?: A. Yes. Cash, credit cards, QR code payments and e-money are accepted.
